The objective of SSC JE Exam is to recruit candidates for multiple positions for Group "B" (Non-Gazetted), in Level- 6 (Rs 35400-112400/-) of the pay matrix of the 7th Central Pay Commission.

The SSC JE 2023 Exam will be held in two stages. Paper 1 will be for 200 marks, and paper 2 will be for 300 marks. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) are used in both paper 1 and paper 2. Negative marking In Paper I,  1/4 & in Paper II, 1/3 marks will be deducted for each question attempted incorrectly.
