Rajasthan cannot hear complaints against whom among the following?

Under the Rajasthan Lokayukta Act, 1973, the Lokayukta can hear complaints of corruption
against ministers, MLAs, Zila Pramukhs, Pradhans, Sarpanchs, District Collectors, and
government employees. However, there are certain positions against which the Lokayukta
cannot hear complaints; these include officers and employees of the Rajasthan Legislative
Assembly Secretariat, High Court judges, the Accountant General, Election Commission
officials, and judicial officers.
राजस्थान लोकायुक्त अधिनियम 1973 के अनुसार लोकायुक्त मंत्रियों, विधायकों, जिला प्रमुख, प्रधान, सरपंच,
जिला कलेक्टर, सरकारी कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार की शिकायतें सुन सकता है। लेकिन कुछ पद ऐसे हैं
जिनके खिलाफ लोकायुक्त शिकायत नहीं सुन सकता। इनमें राजस्थान विधानसभा सचिवालय के अधिकारी
कर्मचारी, उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश, महालेखाकार, चुनाव आयोग के अधिकारी और न्यायिक अधिकारी
शामिल हैं।
