 Interview Guidance Programme (IGP)

Designed for engineering candidates shortlisted for interview or personality-test stages of government departments, public-sector organisations and technical recruitment examinations.

The programme helps candidates strengthen their technical knowledge, communication skills, confidence and professional presentation before appearing for the actual interview.

Available Modes

Offline Mode

Candidates attend guidance sessions and mock interviews at the designated ZONE TECH centre.

Online Mode

Eligible candidates can attend guidance sessions and mock interviews through the supported online platform.

The available mode will be mentioned in the programme schedule.

Who Can Register ?

The programme is primarily intended for candidates who:

Have qualified the applicable written examination
Have been shortlisted for interview or personality test
Can provide valid proof of shortlisting
Meet the requirements of the selected programme
 

Candidates may be required to Submit :

Government-issued photo ID

Recent passport-size photograph

Completed registration form

Detailed Application Form or biodata

Educational and work-experience details, where applicable

Mock-interview feedback is provided for preparation and improvement. Participation does not guarantee marks, recommendation or final selection.
Candidates must maintain professional conduct and follow the rules of the institute.
Unauthorised recording, copying or distribution of programme content and study material is prohibited.
Mock interviews may be recorded for candidate assessment and feedback where this facility is included.
A candidate’s photograph, testimonial, interview recording or selection result will be used for promotional purposes only after obtaining applicable consent.
Fee, cancellation, transfer and refund conditions will be governed by the policy communicated at the time of enrolment.
