According to Article 163, there shall be a Council of Ministers in every state, headed by the

Chief Minister, to aid and advise the Governor. Under Article 164(1), the Chief Minister is

appointed by the Governor, and other ministers are appointed by the Governor on the advice

of the Chief Minister. This article also states that the ministers hold office during the pleasure

of the Governor.

अनुच्छेद 163 के अनुसार प्रत्येक राज्य में राज्यपाल को सहायता और सलाह देने के लिए एक मंत्रिपरिषद होगी

जिसका मुखिया मख्यमंत्री होगा। अनुच्छेद 164(1) के अनुसार मुख्यमंत्री की नियुक्ति राज्यपाल करेगा और अन्य

मंत्रियों की नियुक्ति मुख्यमंत्री की सलाह पर राज्यपाल करेगा। इसी अनुच्छेद में कहा गया है कि मंत्री राज्यपाल

के प्रसादपर्यंत अपने पद पर रहेंगे।
