Under the Rajasthan Public Service Guarantee Act, 2011, if the First Appellate Authority fails

to provide the service within the stipulated time or if the appellant is dissatisfied with the

decision, the appellant may file a second appeal with the Second Appellate Authority within 60

days. The first appeal must be filed within 30 days. This Act came into force on November 14,

2011. Provisions for a penalty exist if the service is not provided even after the hearing of the

second appeal. This Act was introduced to bring transparency and accountability to the

administration.

राजस्थान लोक सेवा गारंटी अधिनियम 2011 के अनुसार यदि प्रथम अपील अधिकारी तय समय में सेवा नहीं देता

या निर्णय से असंतुष्टि है तो अपीलार्थी 60 दिनों के भीतर द्वितीय अपील अधिकारी को दूसरी अपील कर सकता

है। प्रथम अपील 30 दिन में करनी होती है। यह अधिनियम 14 नवंबर 2011 को लागू हुआ था द्वितीय अपील की

सुनवाई के बाद भी यदि सेवा नहीं मिलती तो जुर्माने का प्रावधान है। यह अधिनियम प्रशासन में पारदर्शिता और

जवाबदेही लाने के लिए लाया गया था।
