In the Ganeshwar civilization, houses were constructed using stone; no evidence of the use of bricks has been found here. This cultural
tradition flourished in the regions of eastern Rajasthan and the Ganges Valley. Copper artifacts discovered at the site include
arrowheads, chisels, fishhooks, copper pins with double-spiral heads, razor blades, and rings. Two types of brownish-red (ochre-colored)
earthenware have been found at Ganeshwar: (1) thin, light-red pottery associated with the pre-Harappan culture, and (2) sturdy pottery
made of fine red clay, featuring distinct decorative patterns. Notable examples among these vessels include jars, pots (kalash), lids, and
cooking vessels (handi).
