Rajasthan Seva Sangh, Wardha (1919 AD): In 1919, Vijay Singh 'Pathik', Ramnarayan
Chaudhary, and Haribhai Kinkar met Gandhiji in Wardha. Inspired by Gandhiji, the 'Rajasthan
Seva Sangh' was established in Wardha in 1919. Its objective was to foster cordial relations
between the jagi rdars (feudal lords) and their subjects. The members were guided by the
motto: "I shall never waver from my duty out of fear for my life; the work shall endure, whether
my life remains or not." In October 1920, the Rajasthan Seva Sangh was relocated from
Wardha to Ajmer. Its aim was to provide momentum to the ongoing movements within the
princely states of Rajasthan. This organization played a pivotal role in spreading political
consciousness across Rajasthan. Through this Sangh, the weekly newspaper 'Rajasthan
Kesari' was published from Wardha, followed later by the publication of 'Navin Rajasthan'\
from Ajmer.
