Most of the major Psu's takes selection on the introductory of gate scorecard.
The usual selection procedure followed by the maximum no. of PSUs includes the ensuing stages
Stage- I- Written Examination( Generally on Sunday)
Stage- II- Interview and GD
Stage- III- Medical Examination
Stage- I- Written Examination
Duration- 1 – 3 hrs( avg 2 hrs)

The interview is substantially conducted to bait the retired eventuality of the seeker, therefore it focuses on
Group Discussion is also conducted at some PSUs with the interview, which involves
* Note- Interview and GD in most of the PSU’s can also be taken in Hindi.
In some of the PSUs, campaigners named on the base of their performance in written tests, interviews and GD are eventually called for a medical check-up previous to their appointment and training.
