RPSC AEN Eligibility Criteria - Educational Qualification
The eligibility criteria for the RPSC AEN (Assistant Engineer) exam are outlined by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) and include several key aspects such as educational qualifications, age limits, and other requirements. Here’s a detailed look at the eligibility criteria:
1. Educational Qualification:
Engineering Degree: Candidates must possess a degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in one of the relevant disciplines, which typically include:
CIVIL Engineering
ELECTRICAL Engineering
MECHANICAL Engineering
Recognized University: The degree must be from a university or institution recognized by the Government of India or the Government of Rajasthan.
2. Age Limit :
For the RPSC Assistant Engineer Combined Competitive Examination, 2024, the candidate must be at least 21 years old and not more than 40 years old as on 1 January 2025.

3. Nationality
The candidate must be an Indian citizen or belong to another category eligible under the applicable Rajasthan service rules. Subjects of Nepal or Bhutan, eligible Tibetan refugees and specified persons of Indian origin may be considered subject to an eligibility certificate from the competent Government authority.
4. Hindi and Rajasthan Culture
Working knowledge of Hindi written in the Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture are required.
5. Medical Examination
At the Personality and Viva-Voce stage, RPSC considers the candidate’s character, personality, articulation, physique and knowledge of Rajasthan culture.
