Given :Resultant force exerted = 1000kgf

From free body diagram as shown in figure drawn below,

           

It is clear that, the increasing value of 0 , results in decreasing the tension in rope 2, means tension will be minimum at 0 600 (for the given option) and maximum at 0 = 00 .
