The tie bar is welded on three sides.
Total length of weld, 
L = 100 + 100 + 100
L = 300 mm
Effective throat thickness of fillet weld,
t = 0.7s
t = 0.7 × 6
t = 4.2 mm
Strength of weld,
P = t × L × τ
P = 4.2 × 300 × 100
P = 126000 N
P = 126 kN
