na = Avg. number of vehicle in direction of stream when observer travels in opposite direction 
               na = 303
ny = Avg. number of vehicles overtaking the observer vehicle minus the no. of vehicles overtaken when observer is travelling with the flow
               ny = 17
ta = Avg. journey time when observer is travelling with stream 
             
tw    =    Avg. journey time when observer is travelling against stream.
