for 2 wire D.C. distributor cable

current in section AB = 300 A

current in section BC = 200 A 

Voltage drop in section AB = 300 X 0.04 X 2 = 24V

Voltage drop in section BC + 200 X 0.04 X 2 = 16V

Voltage across cable C = 476 -16 = 460V

Voltage across cable 460V will get at (C) farthest point in the system.

Hence, the correct option is (D).
