In a straight tube of uniform diameter and uniform roughness the flow properties does not vary across the length of the pipe hence, uniform flow.

Flow of blood in veins and arteries occurs as a viscous flow hence laminar.
Flow above the drain hole of a wash basin is a Free vortex motion. i.e., irrotational flow
A water supply pipe carries water at high speed leading to rapid mixing which causes highly turbulent conditions.
Note:- However in the immediate vicinity of the hole of wash basin, circulation is not zero and flow is rotational.
