Weight of 1 bag of cement = 50 kg
1m3 of dry cement = 1440 kg
Volume of floor = 3m × 3m × 0.1m = 0.9m3
Total wet quantity of concrete required = 0.9m3
Total dry quantity = 1.54 × wet quantity
                             = 1.54 × 0.9 = 1.386 m3

Quantity of one portion

                         
Total quantity of cement = 0.1386 × 1 = 0.1386 m3
Total weight of cement required  = 0.1386 × 1440 = 199.584 kg ≈ 200 Kg
