Zp = 11 × 10⁴ mm³
γmo = 1.10

For a laterally supported plastic steel beam, the design bending strength is:

Md = (βb × Zp × fy) / γmo

For a plastic section:   βb = 1.0

Therefore,

Md = (1.0 × 11 × 10 × 250) / 1.10

Md = 25 × 10 N·mm

Md = 25 kN·m
